The massage itself was decent, but the lead-up and overall experience were disappointing. I was approached from the street and agreed to a 60-minute massage for an extra $5. However, once I was in the room, the therapist told me it would only be 50 minutes. There was limited English, so I didn’t want to argue. I messaged my husband at 4:14pm when I went in. Between locking my belongings, going upstairs, and changing, about 5 minutes passed. When I finished and got dressed, it was only 5:02pm — which clearly was not even 50 minutes, and the therapist had stepped out of the room twice. Realistically, the massage felt closer to 40 minutes. I raised this at the front desk, and the main lady was apologetic and offered an additional 15-minute head and face massage. Unfortunately, it felt rushed and unintentional. My advice: speak clearly with the staff (the lady at the desk) beforehand about the exact time and keep your phone with you to set a timer so you know what you’re getting. I paid about £20 and tipped her 200 Egyptian pounds - tipping as I told her don’t cheat people in the future they are not silly
