New place, new experience. Unfortunately, it was below my expectations. The staffs are friendly, but need to give more attention to the guests. What let me upset, the staff member explain about the package of the day, 3000 EGP (58 USD) by guests to enjoy the first line in front of the beach + lunch including. We was a couple and my daughter 12 years old, so in total 100 USD . Which is not cheap price, but I was ok. Unfortunately our stay reach to 192 USD!!!! A scame....they charged the food full price. And when, I asked the reason, the main reason behind.... misunderstanding! Mostly all the staffs doesn't speak English, only Arabic and Italian. As a guest, and living since years in Sharma El Sheik, I will not recommend this place. Some Luxury beach in the region are above .They must to take in consideration not all are tourists. Thanks
