I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the spa . From the moment I stepped through the doors, the atmosphere was serene and instantly relaxing. I booked the 60 mins customized massage and it was incredibly rejuvenating. Therapist Ban was attentive, professional, and really took the time to check in on my comfort levels and focus areas. I left feeling completely refreshed and went back next day for a facial with therapist Lala who made my face incredibly smooth, soft, and glowing afterward. The front desk staff was also very welcoming and organized. Highly recommend this spa for a pampering afternoon!
I have had hundreds of massages in my lifetime, all over the world. I have had the best massage ever at this spa. Putu (I may have messed up on the name) was unbelievable. The families are lovely. It would be worth traveling back to Egypt just for this massage!
We really loved the spa It’s absolutely beautiful, calm, and has such a warm luxurious feel that makes you want to stay for hours. Everything from the elegant design to the peaceful atmosphere was just perfect for relaxation. The service was professional from the moment we arrived until we left. The staff are genuinely friendly and caring. A big thank you to the receptionist and the whole team their warm smiles and kind service made us feel so welcome!
The massages were truly excellent and definitely among the top five massages we have ever had. The therapist was incredibly skilled, applying exactly the right amount of pressure and intuitively knowing which areas needed the most attention. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. We left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. We will absolutely be coming back and can highly recommend this to anyone looking for a world-class massage experience.
We had a spa day at the Four Seasons and it was a lovely experience. The staff were very attentive and kind. We booked an Indian massage, reflexology and a private yoga session and the staff in all the sessions were amazing. Would particularly like to thank Oksana, our private yoga instructor, for an amazing session. It was the first time for my sister and she really enjoyed it as Oksana was very caring and explained things very well for her - thank you for a joyous experience!
