Honey was amazing from introduction to finish. She went above & beyond to make us comfortable. Then Umi gave me the most impressive & needed massage ! Ten stars….5 not enough
Amazing spa experience from start to finish. The staff are all fantastic great customer service. Beautiful decor reminds you of a Moroccan palace. We had a couples hammam the facility are modern & spacious. The couples massage room calm and tranquil exactly what you want from a spa. The two Thai masseuses were truly wonderful. Would highly recommend even if you are not staying at the resort.
I felt welcome very nice and friendly staff, place is very cozy and nice, the massage is very relaxing, Indy was amazing and Honey is lovely and for useful information. Looking forward to visit again and definitely recommending the place for my friends and family.
Great experience at this spa! The massages were excellent and the staff is extremely attentive to every detail and so nice, which really makes a difference. The atmosphere is perfect for fully relaxing. I highly recommend it!
This wasn't just any hotel massage; it was an extraordinary experience! Komang was incredibly professional, with strong hands and a truly effective massage. Her special techniques were unlike anything I've encountered in a hotel spa. Thank you again for such a great experience. Definitely worth it!
