This was one of the best spa experiences I've ever had, and I left feeling very satisfied with the results. Captain Ahmed is excellent; I highly recommend him.
For me, it's a weekly thing to go there, and I never get tired of it. First of all, the warm welcome and wonderful service. Captain Mahmoud is absolutely amazing! 😍❤️
Sofia is one of the best places I visit and feel completely at ease. The massage is excellent, especially Captain Mahmoud; he transports you to another world and you leave feeling happy.
My experience here was very dissatisfying. The massage was quite bad, like from someone who is winging it but don’t really know any proper techniques. The worse part was the Turkish bath as the water was cold and so was the room, so I was constantly shivering. Then the tap wouldn’t work properly and I had to hold it myself so that I could be rinsed off. The sauna was a joke at 60° and the steam room was barely steamy also. I also suspect overall was less time than promised but I was glad to leave that place. Price was also higher than average for similar programs in Sharm and service was really bad overall. Seems like they don’t care about giving a decent service and just want your money. I would really avoid this place.
I had the most amazing Turkish / Moroccan massage @ Sofya! Ahmed my masseuse was simply awesome, friendly with great confidence, communication skills and strength. I will definitely go back there before I fly back to London.
