Description
Leave your hotel routine behind and experience Makadi Bay horse riding through quiet desert landscapes and along the Red Sea coast. With several durations, transfer zones, and evening or sunrise choices, you can select the experience that best matches your plans.
Your journey begins with hotel pickup when your option includes transfers. Travel takes approximately 25–30 minutes from Makadi Bay or Sahl Hasheesh, 40–45 minutes from Hurghada, and up to one hour from Al Ahyaa, El Gouna, Safaga, or Soma Bay. Entry-ticket guests travel directly to the stable, while private transfers may be arranged for an additional charge.
After arrival, take around 15 minutes to rest and prepare. Meet your horse, receive a safety briefing, and learn the basic riding instructions. A helmet is provided, and riders are grouped according to experience so beginners and confident riders can enjoy a comfortable guided pace. Professional guides remain with the group throughout the activity.
Follow sandy valleys and open desert plains before reaching scenic coastal areas with Red Sea views and photo stops. The precise route and pace depend on the selected option and riding ability. The 5:00 AM sunrise departure includes an Oriental breakfast, while later departures focus on the desert and seaside ride.
2-Hour Horse Ride — Without Transfer (Entry Ticket Only)
Meet directly at the stable for a guided 2-hour ride without hotel transportation. Explore desert and coastal trails and stop at scenic locations for photos.
2-Hour Horse Ride — Hurghada, Sahl Hasheesh, Makadi Bay
Enjoy hotel pickup and drop-off from the listed areas, followed by a 2-hour guided ride through desert and seaside scenery. Breakfast is included only when the 5:00 AM sunrise time is selected.
2-Hour Horse Ride — Al Ahyaa, El Gouna, Safaga, Soma Bay
Travel by shared transfer from the extended pickup areas and enjoy the same 2-hour guided desert and coastal experience. Transfer time may reach approximately one hour.
90-Min Horse Ride — Stargazing, Dinner & Show — All Areas
Begin with a 90-minute sunset horse ride, then continue with an Oriental BBQ dinner, live cultural entertainment, and stargazing beneath the desert sky. Shared transfers are included from all listed areas.
{VIP} Horse Riding 4 Hours — With Swim Stop Only
Choose a private 4-hour riding program with hotel transfer. Cross desert dunes and coastal landscapes before entering the Red Sea for a supervised swim stop with your horse.
At the end of your selected program, return to the stable and take your transfer back to the hotel when included. Every option is guided and designed around safety, scenery, and a relaxed riding experience rather than speed.
