Sinai Divers - Ras Nasrany

Sinai Divers Center in Ras Nasrani is located on the beautiful sandy beach of the Baron Resort and the untouched house reef is just a few meters away.

In Sinai Divers Schools, clients can experience a full range of diving courses from basic to instructor level. Sinai Divers issue the globally recognised PADI certificate to all those who have earnt them and instructors teach in English, German, Spanish, Dutch, Japanese, Italian, Swedish and Arabic.

Sinai Divers also organize a dive cruise for a week on one of its luxurious safari boats. Safari cruises on smaller boats for small groups are available also.

Tech-Diving: The extension and addition of different equipment and special breathing gas mixtures provides the possibility to extend to greater depths than ever before.

The link between recreational diving and the advanced technical applications (TECH diving) is Nitrox or EAN diving. Technical set up: wide range of Dive Rite and Apeks equipment for education and rental. Two Bauer compressors and a complete Nitrox Filling Station enable gas mixtures up to 100% O2 and trimix.

Sinai Divers offers a variety of dives ranging from shallow corals to historical wrecks, to steep drop-offs. The most important dive areas are Ras Mohammad which is situated at the southern part of the Sinai Peninsula, and The Straits of Tiran At the southern end of the Aqaba Gulf. Local dives are available along the coast of Sharm el Sheikh, from Ras Nasrani in the north to Ras Cathy in the south. These dive sites can be reached by boat in less than an hour.

The world famous Thistlegorm, Dunraven and Carnatic wreck sites are perfect for exploring. Since the opening of the Suez Canal in 1860´s, many ships have passed through the gulf heading from Europe to the Orient. Many have also perished, snared by the shallow reefs that loom beneath the surface. Most of the ships rest in safediving depth. So exploring them is not imposing any danger. One of the most unknown dive sites in Sharm is located right on our doorstep, Naama Bay. This is the only dive spot where you can dive all year round at any time day or night without using a boat or car. Simply get geared up in the center and walk 50 m to the water edge.
