Description

Embark on an unforgettable private journey through Armenia's rich history and stunning nature, guided by a certified mountain rescuer with over 20 years of experience. We begin our day with a comfortable drive from Yerevan. Our first stop is the iconic 1st-century Garni Temple, the only standing pagan temple in the Caucasus, perched beautifully above the gorge. From there, we descend into the magnificent Garni Gorge to witness the 'Symphony of Stones'—massive, naturally formed hexagonal basalt columns that look like a giant pipe organ. After admiring this natural wonder, we will begin our scenic trek up to the 11th-century Havuts Tar Monastery. Hidden in the Khosrov Forest State Reserve, these historic ruins offer breathtaking panoramic views of the gorge and the temple below. During our trek, we will take a relaxing break where I will treat you to my traditional, freshly brewed mountain coffee. We walk at your own comfortable, relaxed pace, ensuring a safe and personalized experience. After the hike, we will return to our comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle for a smooth ride back to Yerevan.
