I'd like to thank Mr. Hamit for taking care of us during our holidays here. He was very helpful, both at the hotel and when we were out and about. He's a friendly and understanding person.
Mr. Hamid took great care of us. We were very pleased with him. He took care of everything. We came from Türkiye. He picked us up from the airport and dropped us back at the airport. We thank him for his interest.
Completely unprofessional. I booked and paid for a facial and massage in advance. The supervisor scheduled it for two hours in between. He seen me sitting on the lobby impatient while he let about 10 new clients go in for a service. I asked for a refund, and he told me to go talk to him outside. Mind you the lobby was already chaotic, there were staff yelling and fighting each other. Supervisor continued to avoid any conversation and eye contact with me. I had to be more firm with him, and I eventually got a refund. I would not recommend this place to anyone as I walked out more tense than I walked in.
One of the best trips I’ve ever had! The places we visited were stunning, the country is beautiful, and the people are even more amazing. The hotel was fantastic — spacious, very clean, and the service was fast and professional. They were also very understanding of our late departure and kindly offered us a late check-out. Special thanks to our coordinator Hamdy for his great support and warm attitude. I’ll definitely come back again! 🌸
