Mediterranean and Middle Eastern Fare at Arabesque
Arabesque is located in the next to the Citadel Lounge in the main building of the Four Seasons, a five-star resort in Sharm El Sheikh. Guests at Arabesque can enjoy breakfast from 7:00 until 11:00 in the morning and can return for dinner from 6:30 until 10:30 in the evening. Diners are welcome to dress casually and reservations are recommended. Guests of Four Seasons Resort, as well as those not staying at the resort are welcome to dine at Arabesque, which caters to both families and couples.
Arabesque features seating both indoors for 90 and partially covered outdoors for 75. Guests are treated to a breathtaking view of the Red Sea and attractive Mediterranean and Middle Eastern décor inside while they are dining on Mediterranean, Moroccan, and Lebanese specialty dishes, and Middle Eastern mezzeh.
Arabesque features an open kitchen with a wood-fired oven for pizzas. The menus are extensive and feature a wide variety of foods from the region. The breakfast menu includes a continental breakfast, a Bedouin breakfast with Middle Eastern specialties, fresh fruit, items from the bakery, an assortment of grains and cereals, eggs, omelettes, and Arabesque specialties. The dinner menu features both hot and cold Arabic mezzeh, soup, and specialty dishes from Egypt, Morroco, Lebanon, Syria, Saudi Arabia, and Iran. The younger guests also feel special at Arabesque. They are able to choose items from their own menu, which features a variety of fruity specialty drinks, snacks and appetizers, traditional kid favorites and some regional specialties, and an assortment of desserts.
