Forget the generic stuff, theirs has real wok hei , that smoky, slightly charred flavor you rarely find in touristy spots.

If you’re staying closer to Sharks Bay, try 'Dragon’s Pearl.' It’s great for when you want your dim sum fix or crave something a bit lighter after a day of snorkeling. It's not fancy but the chefs clearly know their stuff. Word of advice: go early in the evening, it fills up quickly with expats and locals alike.
