Basata Café is a beautiful and peaceful place with a wonderful beachfront location. The floor seating is very comfortable and creates a relaxing atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to unwind. They offer a good selection of drinks and food, and everything we tried was enjoyable. The ventilation fans make the outdoor seating comfortable even during warmer weather. This café is especially suitable for Saudi and Gulf families looking for a calm, family-friendly place by the sea. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to relax, enjoy the view, and have a pleasant experience.
What an amazing and unique place to visit. We decided on this over Farsha Cafe as they are much the same but different vibes. This is quieter and more romantic without the crowds of Farsha Cafe. Great for families with the beach seating. We went for one of the little Nooks as you walk down through it. Just a heads-up: the appetisers are so generous they’re practically main courses! The chicken goujons were delicious and a great size. My husband had the seafood Tex-Mex fajitas and said they were probably the best seafood dish he has ever had. The staff were very attentive throughout our visit. A special shout-out to a lovely staff member, who I believe was called Yasser — a young, slim gentleman with glasses. He was brilliant from the moment we walked in and made our experience even better
Basata Café is absolutely amazing! The food is incredibly delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Everything we tried was well-prepared and full of flavor. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality and experience. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and full of positive energy, which makes the whole place even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is calm, cozy, and perfect for relaxing — whether you want to enjoy your coffee, have a nice meal, or just spend a peaceful time. Honestly, it’s impossible to visit Sharm El Sheikh and not come here. Highly recommended!
This was a surprise birthday meal. That ended up as the most surreal place to visit and to eat! The atmosphere is beyond all words, you sit under the stars just a couple of meters from the lapping water of the edge of the sea. Served by incredible staff both friendly understanding and kind. The food is 5 star plus Also at a far price There is no rush, just perfectly peaceful charm, You just sit relax and take in the surrounding and slowly eat This place is more than strongly recommended Its a place you just have to visit .
My experience at Basata Cafe in Sharm El Sheikh was truly delightful. The setting is absolutely stunning, offering a peaceful and charming atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. The service was exceptionally warm, attentive, and professional, adding a special touch to the overall experience. The pineapple juice was wonderfully fresh and refreshing, while the desserts were simply exquisite. I wholeheartedly recommend this lovely place to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh, and I very much look forward to returning.
